Welcome to Kimberly Matchmaking LLC, a subsidiary of Kimber Legacy Enterprises, Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website and/or submitting an application for membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Kimberly Matchmaking LLC provides private, curated matchmaking and relationship advisory services.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of introductions

  • Compatibility between members

  • The formation of a relationship

  • Engagement, marriage, or any specific outcome

Matchmaking services are consultative and based on professional judgment, discretion, and availability within the private network.

2. Eligibility

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age

  • You are legally single

  • All information provided is truthful and accurate

  • You are emotionally and legally available for a committed relationship

We reserve the right to decline membership at our sole discretion.

3. Selectivity & Acceptance

Membership is selective and subject to approval.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the private membership network.

Kimberly Matchmaking LLC reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any applicant

  • Terminate membership if information provided is false or misleading

  • Refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons

4. Investment & Fees

Private Membership begins at $6,500. Final investment terms are disclosed during consultation.

All membership fees are:

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed Membership Agreement

  • Due according to the payment terms outlined in your individual contract

Separate written agreements may outline additional terms specific to your membership.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat all member information with discretion and professionalism.

However:

  • We cannot guarantee the actions of other members

  • Members are responsible for maintaining discretion in their personal communications

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Conduct themselves respectfully and honestly

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct

  • Communicate honestly regarding intentions

Kimberly Matchmaking LLC reserves the right to terminate membership if conduct violates our standards.

7. Release of Liability

Kimberly Matchmaking LLC, a subsidiary of Kimber Legacy Enterprises, Corp., acts solely as an introducer and relationship advisory service.

By accessing this website or participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Company does not guarantee compatibility, conduct, character, background, or intentions of any individual introduced.

  • The Company does not conduct criminal, financial, or background investigations unless expressly stated in writing.

  • All personal interactions, communications, and meetings are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Kimberly Matchmaking LLC and Kimber Legacy Enterprises, Corp., including their owners, officers, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Introductions facilitated through our services

  • Personal interactions between members

  • Emotional, physical, financial, or reputational outcomes

  • Any alleged misrepresentation by another member

Participation in the service is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, design, and materials are the property of Kimberly Matchmaking LLC and/or Kimber Legacy Enterprises, Corp. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimberly Matchmaking LLC and Kimber Legacy Enterprises, Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Participation in matchmaking services

  • Member interactions

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with jurisdiction in Peoria County, Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
